e-Hearing — Appear via Video Link
A facility for Counsel from other cities to participate in hearings of the Tribunal online
Join your hearing from anywhere in Pakistan
On the date of hearing, counsel whose video-link request has been approved by the Registrar may join the Tribunal's virtual courtroom at the time shown in the Cause List. The Office sends the official video-conference link after approval.

Check the Cause List
Confirm that your case is fixed for hearing and note the date and serial number from the Cause List.
Send a Request
Email the Registrar at registrarbstsat@gmail.com at least two working days before the hearing, giving the case number, your Bar/ITP registration number, city and contact details.
Receive Confirmation
The Office verifies your engagement in the case and confirms the request. The meeting link and joining time are sent to your email/WhatsApp.
Test Your Setup
Use a laptop/PC with a working camera and microphone, a stable internet connection, and a quiet, well-lit room.
Join on the Hearing Day
Open the video link sent to you by the Office 15 minutes before the listed time. Keep your microphone muted until the case is called by the Court Reader.
Address the Bench
When your case is called, unmute, announce your appearance, and address the Hon'ble Bench as in open court.
Etiquette & Rules for e-Hearing
- Proper court dress is mandatory for Counsel appearing by video link.
- Recording, photographing or broadcasting the proceedings is strictly prohibited.
- Only the counsel/party whose request has been approved may join with the link provided.
- Keep the microphone muted except when addressing the Bench.
- Documents to be relied upon must already be on the record or emailed to the Registrar before the hearing.
- If the connection drops, rejoin immediately; the Office helpline will assist.
